TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Installation Coordinator in the NW Houston, TX area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person

Overall: Services internal and external customers by resolving complaints.  Determining the cause of the problem while explaining the best solution to solve the problem. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under general supervision serves as the professional point of contact for replacement parts for specialty custom windows and doors by working with builders/contractors, installers, sales team, and homeowners. 
• Act as primary point of contact for warranty and replacement service parts 
• Initiates service repair orders in response to customer calls and/or service technician field reports. 
• Resolves routine general window and door questions and problems submitted by builders/contractors, installers, sales representatives, and homeowners. 
• Schedule repairs for parts and services for field technician 
• Responsible for entering orders and preparing quotes for customers while utilizing various vendor portals. 
• Actively engages in the selling of products and services. 
• Recommend potential products or services by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs 
• Process warranty claims with various vendors 

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 1 year general order entry administrative or related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to give respectful 'push back' 
• Ability to set expectations with customers and then follow up 
• Communication

PAY RATE

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday from 7AM to 4PM with possibility of OT
