TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Machine Operator in the Fort Worth, TX area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

MACHINE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Setting up machines before production, monitoring their performance during operation, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise
• Adhering to production schedules, maintaining the quality and output standards, and performing routine maintenance to keep machines in optimal condition
• Operates all machinery required following safety guidelines; machinery can include roll formers, slitters, shears, forklifts, and other machines as assigned
• Cleans and resets work area at the end of each shift, including but not limited to sweeping the floor, placing items in the proper storage area, stacking pallets, restocking packaging, and dumping trash
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a secure working environment
• Possess a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and ability to work well in a team environment

MACHINE OPERATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum one year of machine operating experience
• Minimum one year of slitting, roll forming, and shearing machine experience
• Ability to work in warm environment.
• Bilingual a plus!

PAY RATE

$17.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 2:30PM
