TMD Staffing is looking to hire Machine Operators in the 77043! (Day and/or Evening Shift)

The client is interested in training someone with limited experience that also has the drive to work and learn and can work in the weather elements of Houston. This is a Temp to Hire Role!

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Non-climate-controlled, MUST be able to work outside

RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Able to read technical documents and service manuals 
• Assist in loading fabricated rebar on trailers and unloading stock material from trailers 
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment such as an MEP Machine. This machine, stirrups, cuts to size, bends, shapes, straightens, piles, cage, lattice girder and produces mesh of rebar. Basically, a rebar cutting and shaping machine. 
• Non-climate-controlled environment 
• Lift 40 pounds

Pay Rate: $16/hr 

Shift: Monday-Friday but flexible to work overtime and weekends

First Shift: 5am - 1:30pm
Second Shift: 3:30pm - 12pm

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience working in a heavy industrial environment and/or construction.
