TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Mail Service Specialist in the Lewisville area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Sort and distribute incoming mail, including letters, packages, and parcels, to the appropriate recipients or departments within the organization. 
• Process outgoing mail by preparing it for delivery to external recipients, including applying postage and ensuring compliance with mailing regulations.
• Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, mail sorting machines, and package tracking systems.
•  Perform routine maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed to ensure continuous operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education or training in mail services or related fields is preferred.
• Prior experience working in a mailroom or similar environment, with knowledge of mail processing procedures and equipment.
• Familiarity with postal regulations, shipping methods, and mail tracking system

PAY RATE

$16.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 2:00PM – 10:30PM
