TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Maintenance Technician in the Round Rock area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person – Apartment Housing Community

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.

• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, including repairs, painting, and general upkeep.

• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues as needed.

• Ensure property grounds and facilities are kept clean, safe, and in good condition.

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and report major issues to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician with HVAC and make-ready skills.

• Ability to diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Reliable transportation and basic tools required.

• Professional appearance and adherence to dress code:

  • Work pants/jeans (no rips or tears)

  • Solid-colored or company-provided work shirt

  • Closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes or steel-toe boots

  • Safety gear (gloves, goggles, etc.) when required

PAY RATE
$20.00 per hour

SCHEDULE
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
