TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Material Handler in the South Fort Worth, TX area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

As a Material Handler, you will play a vital part of the supply chain process   overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and order picking of our products, help to implement and sustain processes and systems that ensure targets within the warehouse are met. You will be a crucial collaborator to implementing and controlling the efficient and effective flow of goods between the point of origin and the point of consumption meet both the business and customers requirements. You will utilize your specific inventory experience to continually improve team performance and effectiveness. This position will report to the Inventory Manager and will work with other members of the warehouse and other departments throughout the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Receive, store, and distribute materials, parts, and products within the warehouse.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to move materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and data entry.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently and accurately.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including packaging, labeling, and shipping.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• MINIMUM 2+ years Material Handling experience
• Must pass drug screening, background check, E-verify, employment verification, and physical if offered position
• Strong and professional interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to communicate in a professional manner across multiple departments and communication media with changing priorities 
• Effective time management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently 
• Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy in documentation and procedures 
• Must be knowledgeable in Warehouse and pack out practices.
• Must be capable of working in a non-air-conditioned warehouse environment with PPE
• Must be capable of operating company fork trucks and capable of achieving and maintaining certification for such equipment
• Be positive in challenging tasks; work as a team with co-workers to tackle tasks together

PAY RATE

$19.00 – 22.00 per hour depending on experience

SCHEDULE

Core hours are 6:00 am – 4:45 pm 
Some Saturdays (6 hours); not required, but optional if work is available
