TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Medical Recruiter in the Houston, TX area! (77092)

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Office Setting

ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: Temp-to-Hire

PAY RATE: $60-70K +, Depending on Experience, Weekly Pay Schedule. 

SCHEDULE: First Shift; Monday-Friday, Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed.

SUMMARY: We are seeking a Medical Recruiter to manage hiring for various roles in the medical field. Responsibilities include posting job descriptions, interviewing and qualifying candidates, and maintaining a strong candidate pool. Applicants should have at least 1 year of medical recruiting experience, computer literate, customer service oriented, and organized. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Recruit for various roles in the medical field.

Post and update job descriptions.

Interview and qualify candidates according to company specs.

Maintain a constant candidate pool.

MEDICAL RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting in the medical field, 2 year minimum experience in HR

Computer Literate.

Customer Service Oriented.

Organized.
