Pay: $18.00/hr + Commission (paid out upon hire)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
What You’ll Be Doing:
Make upbeat outbound calls to promote services and engage leads
Turn curious prospects into loyal customers
Hit (and celebrate) your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
Build genuine connections and guide customers through the decision-making process
Collaborate with your team — share wins, brainstorm, and grow together
What You Bring to the Table:
A great listener — because understanding customers matters
Excellent communication skills — friendly, persuasive, and professional
Goal-oriented mindset — you love setting targets and reaching them
Quick thinker — you know how to handle objections with ease
Team player — excited to support your team and share success
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing
Familiarity with CRM tools (we’ll train you)
High school diploma or equivalent
A can-do attitude — more important than experience
