TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Office Manager in the Houston, TX area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Office
PAY RATE: $20.00 per hour
SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday – Friday 7 AM-4:00 PM.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Manager will support all office functions for Equipment Company in Northwest Houston
QUALIFICATIONS
Answering Phones and General Customer Service
Taking Customer Orders via phone, email, and at times in person
Open and create new jobs in QuickBooks Desktop System
Create Shop Work Orders
Invoice Customers via QuickBooks Desktop System
Create UPS Shipping Labels
Previous experience using QuickBooks Desktop System, preferred to have used this system within the last 2 years
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
