Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
As a Customer Service/Member Enrollment agent, you will be tasked with contacting members via phone to introduce and explain a Wellness program and assist them with enrollment by showing them how to download, set up, and use the phone app.
JOB LOCATION:
• Austin, TX – onsite
Pay = $16.00 PH
JOB HOURS:
• Full-time: 40 hours weekly
• Scheduling ranges from Monday-Saturday, between 9am-8pm CST
o Training: 8am-5pm CST
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Make High Volume outbound calls daily
• Handle small volume of inbound calls
• Engage members as you introduce and explain a Wellness program.
• Assist members will the enrollment process by showing them how to download, set up, and use the phone app
• Overcome objectives while maintaining a friendly tone and showing empathy. Build rapport with prospects who have multiple chronic health conditions
• Meet all call center and metric adherence experience.
• Consistently ensures compliance with established regulatory requirements and department and Company standards and procedures
• In accordance with department policy, thoroughly note accounts
• Maintains appropriate level of communication and confidentiality
• Performs all other duties as assigned, which may vary at any time with or without notice
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly build rapport with prospective members over the phone
• Tech savvy and communicative - able to verbally guide non tech-savvy individuals through installing and using a phone app
• Capable of effectively overcoming objections and conveying benefits to a population base that will benefit from the health rewards program
• Self-motivated - able to stay motivated through a high volume of calls (80+ daily) with some periods of the year having a much lower call connection rate than others
• Positive attitude and empathy for member needs
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently make a high volume of outbound calls daily
• 3+ months call center experience
• Computer Skills a must (Micro-Soft Office)
• Medical experience is helpful.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow proper processes and procedures with care
• Ability to simplify information and communicate effectively, verbal + written
• Bilingual nice to have (English and Spanish)
