Job Title: Packaging Lead

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Packaging Lead for a client that is offering temp-to-hire opportunities for the right candidate .  Preferred candidates will have the ability to perform simple math as well as read and write. They will also have basic mechanical aptitude and previous experience as a Lead. **Resume Required**

Pay Rate: $20 / HR

Tasks:

• Responsible for maintaining the tank farm, truck receiving area.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and OSHA standards
• Provide direction of activities and training to Packaging Assistants and temporary labor.
• Assuring environmental protection by preventing leaks or drips.
• Conscientious reporting of receiving, shipping, and inventory data.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test 
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
• Must be capable of distinguishing changes in pitch on pumps and motors.
• Must be capable of reading small numbers from meters, gauges, etc. 
• Must be capable of working in extreme temperatures
• Good attendance and work habits are a must

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 7:00AM-4:00PM
