TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Part-time Custodian in the Plano area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Empty trash in bathrooms, offices, cubicles, and breakrooms.
- Refill paper products in bathrooms as needed.
- Clean and wipe down breakroom cabinets and surfaces.
- Sweep hallways, breakrooms, and front lobby areas.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment throughout the facility.
- Clean and sanitize door handles along pathways.
- Take trash to the dumpster outside.
- Mop floors in breakrooms, bathrooms, front lobby, and hallways.
- Clean mirrors in bathrooms.
- Clean glass entry doors.
- Clean window blinds in common areas.
- Keep cubicles, desks, and office areas free of dust.
- Perform other custodial tasks as needed or requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to follow directions and work independently.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Must be able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or evening shifts.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work effectively in a team environment.
PAY RATE
$15 Per Hour
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 12PM–6PM or 3PM–9PM
