TMD is hiring for an internal payroll liaison
Accountable and responsible for collecting and verifying payroll timesheets for all temporary associates
from each branch location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Process weekly payroll timesheets and submit to Corporate for processing.
Ensure accuracy of all payroll related data necessary to process payroll.
Initiate updates in work assignments or processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Contact customer or associates for any missed time or questions.
Solve problems concerning payroll and policies.
Review time entry report.
Assist associates with questions and problems.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Establishes and maintains a positive working relationship with customers and associates.
Assist with answering phones
Other duties may be assigned by supervisor.
High School Diploma (Associates preferred) and 3 years payroll office experience with a proven facility
in data entry, customer service, and problem resolution. The equivalent combination of education and
payroll experience is acceptable.
Solid understanding of payroll and payroll tax laws.
Clear written and verbal communications.
Organize and write procedures in a logical/methodical manner.
Good time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Work well in a team environment.
