TMD Staffing in Buda, TX is looking to hire Prep Cooks for a salsa manufacturing company in Buda, TX. This is a well-known customer that is needing solid employees that are looking for a future permanent home. Prep cook experience will be a plus for the qualified candidate.

The right candidate will be flexible and open to transition to a second shift when it is launched in November.  HABLAMOS ESPANOL!

Pay Rate:  $16.10/HR 

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, occasional Saturday.  5AM to end of prepping production.  Must be flexible for shift changes.  

Tasks:

• Prepping ingredients used to make different salsa recipes by washing, cutting, dicing, and mixing ingredients to get ready to cook.
• Load prepped ingredients in kettles.
• Keep track of batches prepared.
• Maintaining work area clean and sanitized.

Requirements:

• Experience in food handling is a plus.
• Open to flexible schedule.
• Be able to stand throughout shift.
• Be able to lift 30-35lbs.
• Be able to follow and read recipes in English.
• Rubber/non slip shoes
• Face masks.
• Eligible to work in the US.
