Job Title: Process Technician (Automotive Manufacturing) 

TMD Staffing is looking to hire 3 Process Technicians!  

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hourly

Tasks: 

• Ensure injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and connected automated systems are set to regulation parameters, meet quality standards and all production goals. 
• Set up and start up molding machines, read part prints, and have a working knowledge of hand tools to measure parts such as calipers.
• Monitor and troubleshoot processing problems, perform preventive maintenance tasks, and document process changes.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in an Auto Manufacturing setting.
• Must be able to understand and apply all aspects of scientific molding.
• 2 years minimum as a Mold Setter/Setup or similar role.
• Maintain process logs/monitors in keeping with SWI s.

Schedule:

• Sunday - Saturday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM (non-rotating)
• 12 Hour Days
• 3 working days, then 4 off days
