TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Production Coordinator in Stafford, TX are 77477

WORK ENVIRONMENT 

In-Person 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Be knowledgeable of all department position duties and requirements and make recommendations as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of production activities; headcounts; arrangements; output; product quality.
• Assist with the tracking of raw material and packing material usage and ensure proper storage.
• Maintain production reports, sanitation reports, and machine/equipment inspection reports.   
• Inspect the quality and quantity of products produced, train others on quality monitoring skill.
• Report any machinery and equipment issues to corresponding personnel.
• Coordinate with employees to ensure daily tasks are communicated clearly.
• Coordinate with supervisors to ensure policies and procedures are followed, provide direction as needed.
• Assist with training to new staff members.
• Liaison between employees, supervisors, management, and other departments as needed.
• Comply with GMP, Food Safety, and OSHA Safety guidelines and requirements.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of food manufacturing experience or relevant production experience required. 
• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Leadership experience required.  
• Strong employee relations, interpersonal, team building, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency: MS Office
• Ability to function successfully in a fast paced, changing work environment.
• Planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb, reach outward, reach above shoulder, move objects by hand, and to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.

SCHEDULE:

Mon-Fri 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

PAY RATE: $26.00-28.00 DOE
