TMD Professionals is looking to hire a Project Engineer in NW Houston area. (Temp-to-Hire)

Responsible for the coordination of a project including technical, scheduling, cost control, and progress monitoring, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, goals, and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of oil and gas projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations to develop project plans and strategies.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost estimates to support project decision-making processes.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, specifications, and technical reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and project alignment.

Qualifications:

• Project / Engineering / Diploma / Degree or related qualification 
• B-Eng. Mechanical or B-Tech Mechanical or ND Mechanical
• 3-4 year’s experience as a project engineer in an Oil & Gas,  
• General MS Office packages including MS Project CAD / Solid works 
• ISO 9001 
• ISO 45001
