TMD Staffing in Kyle is hiring a QUALITY CONTROL TECHNICIAN  for a global supplier of standard mil-spec products for aerospace and military vehicles and aerospace equipment.  That our candidates possess electronics experience in the aerospace/defense manufacturing environment will be a plus. Being proficient in Windows / Microsoft Office will also be very useful.  Applicants with Military electronic experience will be a great fit!   Interviews will be scheduled for the right candidate.  Candidates must have completed an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence or Quality Engineering. This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Opportunity! Apply TODAY! 

PAY RATE:  $18.00 per hour + (Depending on Experience) Pay rate increases once you are hired permanently and after you meet the probationary period

SCHEDULE:  1ST Shift - 7AM to 5PM, Monday to Friday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience in electromechanical assembly

- Understand engineering drawings and specifications

- Be able to use measuring instruments including calipers, multimeters, micrometers, height, dept. and plug gauges

- Demonstrate problem-solving abilities

- Be able to execute process improvement methods

- Be self-motivated, team-oriented and have keen attention to detail

- Must be authorized to work in the USA

- Must clear a background check

- Must be able to pass a drug screen

- Must have reliable transportation
