TMD Staffing in Kyle, TX  is looking to hire  Rebar Fabricators/Material Handlers  to work in a   rebar manufacturing facility. 

SUMMARY

We are looking for highly motivated candidates with strong work ethic that are looking for a full-time position with opportunity for advancement. You will be working in a non-climate control facility, bending, cutting, untangling, straightening, and bundling steel rebar. This job demands physical labor, and you will be working in a dusty environment with a lot of overtime! Steel toe shoes and face masks required. This position has potential to become a permanent position. Interview and Resume based.

TASKS

• Assist in loading and unloading rebar on trailers
• Work standing, unassisted for duration of shift
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition
• Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
• Operate rebar fabrication equipment, such as shears, benders, cranes, forklift, threaders, forging, welders, etc.
• Perform additional duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Must be able to bend, stand and lift up to 40lbs

This position is Interview and Resume Based

Schedule:

1^st Shift: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, 5AM to 4PM / $17HR

2^nd Shift: Monday to Friday, occasional Saturdays, 5PM to 4AM / $18/HR
