TMD Staffing is looking to hire Pallet Repair Technicians in the San Antonio area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Duties:

· Sort pallets by lifting them onto worktable and inspecting them from top, bottom, and each side.

· Replace any defective components on the pallet using supplied tools. These tools include Pneumatic nailers, reciprocating saws, and pallet component breaker bars.

· Restock lumber and keep workstation clean and organized throughout the day.

· Memorize pallet specifications and ensure all pallets processed meet that specification.

· Clean or report any contamination or potential food safety issues for customers.

· Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

· Ability to lift and move 65lb pallets repeatedly.

- Our pallets are 65 pounds at full manufactured weight.

- We expect them to progress and process/fix more pallets each week until they are at the minimum production requirements.

-At the end of each week, they will be evaluated based on production and quality results to ensure positive progression.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous experience working in fast paced environment.

Previous experience working in an assembly or warehouse. Minimum 1yr experience.
Must have reliable transportation.

Must pass a Background and Drug Test.

PAY RATE

$17.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 2:00PM
