TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Reprographics Customer Service Rep for an employer in Houston, TX! (77007)

Work Environment: In-Person

Pay Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 / Hourly (Depending on Experience) 

Description:

• Will be interacting with customers to address their concerns, answer their questions and assist them with their needs.
• Answer customer phone calls and emails, responding to customers' questions and concerns. 
• Handle outgoing and incoming invoices to customers. 
• They create invoices for customers with the agreed-upon amount for goods or services purchased. 
• Ensure customers pay these invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Keep detailed, up-to-date payment records.

Requirements:

Must have experience in photography, printing, xerography, offset printing, and microfilming

Must be able to reproduce and duplicate visual materials such as documents, drawings, images, designs, and the like through any process that makes use of light, optics or any photographic means.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
