Job Description
TMD STAFFING IS LOOKING FOR GAMING SERVICE REPS! WFH $12.00/hr.
This position is a 24/7 contact center with a two-week training period set schedule. Upon completion of the training, the client will determine a set schedule to include at least 2 days off. This position is remote.
Pay: $12.00 / HR
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service.
- Proficient writing skills, chat, and email required.
- MS Office
- Proactive and motivated individual
- Must have a computer and internet access at home for this position.
- Technical knowledge
- Knowledge in mostly PC and MMOs
- A gaming background is a big plus!
Responsibilities:
- You will be coached by our lead support on how to handle a variety of site issues.
- Provide excellent customer service to users.
- Empathetic communicators to keep our users' trust.
- Can communicate with grace without being face to face with users.
