TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Shipping Associate in the Katy, TX area! (77493)  

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person, Warehouse Setting

PAY RATE: $18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE: Full-Time; Monday – Friday 8AM-5PM. OT is Available! Must be flexible to work overtime as needed.

MATERIAL HANDLER RESPONSIBILITIES 

Prepare equipment and fabricated packages for shipping by banding or shrink wrapping to pallets 

Complete shipping related paperwork (packing list & BOL) 

Schedule shipment with the appropriate carriers Load equipment into trucks 

Obtain signatures and take pictures of each shipment before it leaves 

Upload and file shipping paperwork and pictures daily 

Add outbound freight costs to sales orders

MATERIAL HANDLER QUALIFICATIONS

Must live within 15 miles of the 77493 ZIP code.

High attention to detail 

Prior forklift experience 

Good organization skills 

Problem solver 

Great communication skills
