TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Onsite Coordinator for a client location in Austin, TX!

This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

ONSITE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Ensure all information is entered timely and correctly into the database system, and that all files are kept current.
• Maintain accurate employee and client information records, payroll, billing, and reports related to local operations.
• Process background checks and complete drug testing of temporary associates.
• Provide excellent customer service to both the client and TMD’s temporary associates.
• Maintain a constant flow of communication between the client, temporary associates, and the local office or management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

ONSITE COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• One (1) year of customer service experience in which independent decisions were made on behalf of the employing company. 
• Must have a valid DL, vehicle, and car insurance. 
• Bilingual is a plus! (English/Spanish)

SCHEDULE

Full-Time; Monday-Friday
