This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! 

POSITION: Staffing Sales Representative
LOCATION: Austin, TX 78752

SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission

SUMMARY: Are you a go-getter with a passion for Relationship Building? The Staffing Sales Representative is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met. We are looking for individuals with at least 3-5+ years in the staffing industry.

STAFFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.
• As a "road warrior," you’ll spend most of your time out of the office selling.

• Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates.
• Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients.
• Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Responsible for performing all sales and service functions for targeted markets by making outside cold calls to build business relationships and become a preferred supplier of temporary employees to local businesses.

STAFFING SALES REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Outside Sales and/or B2B experience is strongly preferred.
• 3-5+ years of experience in staffing is required.
• Must be a Road Warrior. You’ll spend most of your time out of the office selling.
• Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.

• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Light computer experience required.
