This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity with TMD Staffing! 

POSITION: Business Development Representative (Outside Sales)
LOCATION: San Antonio, TX 78209

SHIFT: Full-Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

COMPENSATION: Competitive Base Salary plus Commission

SUMMARY: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for market growth / new business. Will work directly with operations to ensure that the hiring needs of our clients and the contract employees' payroll expectations are met. We are looking for individuals with at least 3-5+ years in the staffing industry.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all sales and service functions for targeted markets.

• Outside solicitation/Cold calls of new clientele.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and recommend candidates.
• Prepare, calculate, and negotiate bill rates with clients.
• Relationship-Oriented Builds and maintains business relationships throughout the sales cycle.
• Responsible for performing all sales and service functions for targeted markets by making outside cold calls to build business relationships and become a preferred supplier of temporary employees to local businesses.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REP QUALIFICATIONS

Outside Sales and/or B2B experience is strongly preferred.

• 3-5+ years of experience in staffing is required.
• Valid driver's license and company-required car insurance coverage.

• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Light computer experience required.
