TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Support Production Planner in NE Houston! (77028) 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• In-Gate and Out-Gate assets coming into the yard 
• Research information, prepare and distribute reports as required - presentations, graphs, charts, spreadsheets, etc.
• Provide administrative support to different functions/business applications as needed (e.g. record keeping), creating and maintaining confidential files, updating organization charts & directories
• Resolve problems with recommendations as appropriate.
• Create production tracking spreadsheets, historical trending reports and perform data analytics, and provide feedback to management on conclusions.
• Reconcile, consolidate, and or summarize data or information via Microsoft Office Applications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Microsoft /Excel and Data Entry 
• Knowledge of administrative assistant support 

PAY RATE

$18.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 4:00PM
