TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Team Leader in the Lewisville area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing direction, coaching, and support to help them succeed in their roles. 

• Set clear expectations, establish goals, and monitor performance to ensure accountability and achievement of targets.

• Coordinate and prioritize workflow within the team to meet deadlines and deliverables. Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate, coach, and influence others.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities effectively.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines.

PAY RATE

$20.00 per hour

SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM
