Job Title: PROCESS UTILITY

TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Utility Cook in the Buda, TX area!

LEARNING MULTIPLE DUTIES TO FILL IN FOR BREAKS, VACATIONS, OR OTHER SHORTAGES FOR ALL POSITIONS IN THE KITCHEN AND FOOD PROCESSING DEPARTMENTS. OPERATE FILLER AND CAPPER MACHINE, OPERATE THE MTC COLUMN DUMPER AND STEAM KETTLES, BATCH INGREDIENTS AND OPERATE VARIOUS FOOD PROCESSNG EQUIPMENT. FOLLOW ALL STANDARD OPERATOING PROCEDURES FOR EACH ROLE. MAINTAIN WORK ARE CLEAN AND SAFE, ROASTS FRESH PRODUCE, OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED. EXPERIENCE WORKING IN FOOD MANUFACTING, AND BE FAMILIAR WITH USDA GUIDELINES. HABLAMOS ESPANOL!

Shifts: 1st Shift - 7AM to 3:30 - Monday - Saturday

2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 12AM (or end of production) Monday to Saturday

Work Site: In Person

Process Utility Job Tasks

• Operate Filler and Capper Machine
• Operates the MTC Column Dumper and Steam Kettles
• Batch ingredients and operates various food processing equipment
• Follow all standard operating procedures for each role
• Maintains a clean and safe work environment
• Roasts fresh produce
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements -

• Must be able to lift up to 30lbs
• Must be able to work standing through shift unassisted
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to stoop, reach, bend, and squat 
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
