TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Administrative Assistant in the 77032 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES 

Assign order pickers and process shipment confirmations of sales orders. 

Prepare and sort sales orders for truck routes

Receive purchase orders and match vendor paperwork. 

Research discrepancies. 

Assist with will-call customers and sales rep deliveries. 

Coordinate between office and drivers on delivery questions/updates. 

Obtain quotes and schedule shipments with carriers. 

Schedule dock appointments with customers. 

Accurately update details in our software system. 

Process returns merchandise authorization. 

Perform other duties as assigned. 

QUALIFICATIONS

The ability to accurately read various types of documents necessary to do the job. 

The ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. 

The ability to effectively communicate with other employees and supervisors. 

Self-starter to stay busy. 

Take direction and work closely with Supervisors to develop positive relationships

Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. 

Able to work in a fast-paced environment. 

High School diploma or GED

Minimum 2 years experience

Warehouse experience a plus

PAY RATE

$18.00/hour 

SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
