TMD Staffing is seeking a proactive Warehouse Coordinator / Retail Associate to join our team in NW Houston, 77040. 

You will oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks, ensuring smooth operations in our warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and safety. Retail experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Full Time, First Shift; Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

Location: Northwest Houston, TX 77040

Responsibilities:

• Process orders promptly, ensuring in-stock items ship within 1-2 days.
• Maintain accuracy in picking and packing items.
• Inspect incoming deliveries for damages and discrepancies.
• Label shelves and products appropriately for easy identification.
• Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure accuracy and report shortages promptly.
• Collaborate with the Director of E-Commerce on special projects.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of warehouse experience, with a focus on order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Familiarity with shipping processes and carriers, including international shipments.
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements:

• Must be tech-savvy; Proficient in operating a computer and other office machinery.
• Customer service experience is required. 
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Must have a clear criminal background and be able to pass a 10 panel drug screen
• Strong visual acuity for computer work.
