TMD Staffing is looking to hire Pit Crew staff for one of our clients in the South Area of San Antonio, TX. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT
 In-Person

TASKS

• This position is responsible for mold changes to support the production schedule
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Connect water, hot runner, initial process set-up with robot and machine
• Feed raw materials or parts to semi-automated machines
• Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
• Conduct 5S activity
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Maintain activity logs
• Any other related work deemed necessary by your manager

PAY RATE

• $17.00 / HR

SCHEDULE

• 12-hour shift
• Rotating weekends
