Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
TMD Staffing is looking to hire Warehouse Supervisor
Tasks: The Manufacturing Supervisor will oversee the manufacturing process and ensure that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This position is responsible for managing a team of production workers and ensuring that they are meeting production goals, following safety protocols, and maintaining quality standards. The Manufacturing Supervisor will also be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring that production processes are followed correctly and that products meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all employees are trained and knowledgeable about production processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that production schedules are met.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and resolve production issues.
- Communicate regularly with management to provide updates on production targets and any issues that arise.
- Prepare reports on production progress, inventory levels, and any issues that arise.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of production workers.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 5:00PM
