Join TMD Staffing as a Welder Helper!

Responsibilities:

• - Assist welders and fitters in daily tasks, including material preparation and setup.
• - General grinding and cleanup
• - Prepare material for welding, cutting, and grinding by using cutters, hammers and chisel
• - Maintain a clean and organized work area/shop
• - Report tool/equipment malfunctions
• - Move, locate, relocate, stack and store material/goods
• - Load/unload product, able to lift 50 lbs 

Requirements:

• - High school diploma or equivalent.
• - Basic understanding of welding processes and workshop fabrications.
• - Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.
• - Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• - Clear Criminal Background and must pass a 10 Panel Drug Screen

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
