FORKLIFT OPERATOR will be moving materials and stacking inventory, loading, and unloading from box cars and trailers on an incline.  Getting materials ready for shipping and receiving.  Experience operating other type of heavy equipment is essential in case a Forklift is down.  This position is interview based and resumes are a plus. REQUIREMENTS:   

2-years minimum experience on a Forklift machine  

PAY:   

$16/HR (Overtime paid after 40 Hrs.) 

1^st SHIFT:

Regular schedule - Monday to Friday, 3AM to until finish.  (Flexibility to end time necessary)

REQUIREMENTS:  

Clear a Background Check and Drug Test

Be eligible to work in the U.S.

Be available for overtime and on off days

Be able to work a full shift and full week

Be able to get off the forklift and do manual labor if necessary

Have reliable transportation

 An On-Site Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the staffing agency, client company, and temporary employees.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person (Office/Warehouse - Cold Environment)

ONSITE COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct orientation for new temporary and temp-to-perm employees and conduct employee check-ins.
• Monitor and address attendance, performance, and behavioral issues as needed. 
• Coach employees on workplace expectations and safety procedures.
• Assist with employee retention efforts and any events coordinated by the client.
• Ensure all information is entered timely and correctly into the database system, and that all files are kept current.
• Maintain accurate employee and client information records, timekeeping, and reports related to local operations.
• Complete drug testing of temporary associates.
• Provide excellent customer service to both the client and TMD’s temporary associates.
• Ensure client satisfaction with staffing services by responding to staffing requests and workforce needs and building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Maintain a constant flow of communication between the client, temporary associates, and the local office or management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

ONSITE COORDINATRO SKILLS REQUIRED
