TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Data Analyst in the San Antonio area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Hybrid (Office + Remote flexibility)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain real-time Power BI dashboards for KPIs and predictive analytics.

• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract data from internal databases.

• Automate and streamline manual reports (especially Excel-based).

• Collaborate with multiple departments to design user-friendly dashboards.

• Train end users on interpreting and using Power BI reports.

• Improve data accessibility using SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.

• Support leadership with data visualization for faster decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Reporting Analyst.

• Strong skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and SQL.

• Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint.

• Strong communication and ability to explain data to non-technical teams.

Preferred:

• Experience with Aderant, HubSpot, or HRIS platforms.

• Familiarity with Python (data automation) and SSRS.

• Microsoft PL-300 (Power BI) certification.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
