TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Office Administrator for a company located in the Houston, TX area.

- Experience Requirements
- Must have QuickBooks experience working with reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Must have organizational skills and ability to develop and implement process changes to improve workflow efficiency.
Under management supervision their duties will involve:
- Accounts Receivable
- Receiving ACH and Check payment and entering them into Quick Books
- Following up with customers on payments status and sending out monthly statements
- Accounts Payable
- Enter incoming bills in QuickBooks.
- Reconcile credit card statements.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare monthly sales tax payment.
- Schedule
- Fixed Required hours to start are 10am-2pm M-F
- Any additional must be workload driven.
- Any hours worked over 4 hours will require an hour lunch break.
- Must attend mandatory 8:30am safety meeting every Wednesday.
