TMD Staffing is looking to hire experienced Assembly Line workers for a security system manufacturing company in New Braunfels! (78130)

The candidate for this position will be assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical boards, hardware and other door products and highly configurable complex units/assemblies!****RESUME REQUIRED****

$14.85 / HR

TASKS

• Ability to read and interpret bill of materials (BOM) and accurately pick materials required for scheduled work orders.
• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical highly configurable and complex units and boards, parts, hardware, and other door products using various parts, such as electronic components, PC boards, covers, plates, boxes, screws, nuts, and wires.
• Operate/use machines, hand tools, small power tools, voltage meters, and testing equipment to assemble and test products.
• Solder parts and wires to printed circuit boards and complete re-work.
• Complete in-process inspection to ensure the product meets work instruction specifications, quality attributes, and report variances immediately to the lead/supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS 

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly and soldering work-related environment required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Mechanical aptitude and skills using hand tools, small power tools, and soldering iron
• Ability to distinguish colors for color-coding practices
• Skill in performing basic mathematical calculations.
• Be willing to work weekend hours, and overtime as required.

Monday-Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM
