TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the Conroe area! 


WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person


RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Front office clerk/receptionist
  • Greet visitors, determine nature of business, inform proper parties
  • Prepare routine correspondence, office forms, business related documents
  • Data entry
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Office supply inventory
  • Arrange meetings and conferences
  • Understands and performs safety  practices
  • Assist with shipping documents, billing documents and scheduling


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have experience in Customer Service 
  • Computer literate
  • Administrative Assistant experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated


PAY RATE

$18.00/hour


SCHEDULE

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
