Job Summary

TMD Staffing is seeking a reliable and motivated 1st Shift Lead to support warehouse dock operations. This role will lead dock workers, ensure safety and productivity standards are met, and assist with daily operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist dock workers with loading and unloading trailers

  • Ensure freight is handled safely and accurately

  • Communicate shift goals, expectations, and updates to team members and management

  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of the dock area

  • Monitor team performance and assist with training new employees

  • Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) with clear communication skills

  • Prior warehouse or dock experience preferred

  • Leadership or team lead experience is a plus

Pay Rate

  • $14.00 per hour

  • $18.00 per hour upon full-time hire

Schedule

  • Monday–Saturday

  • 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM
