TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant in the 77041 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Office 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Heavy data entry into the company's internal system (training will be provided)
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, data entry skills needed
• Support the Dispatch Office and Operations Team
• Create, prepare, and sort delivery tickets so the fleet team can load trucks for daily deliveries
• All orders are received via email, so there is no customer interaction 

QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred.
• Strong data entry and typing skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) proficiency.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

PAY 

$16-$17 

SCHEDULE

• 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Monday - Friday
