TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bander  in the Conroe area , 77040 area!

Bander Job Description 

A Bander is a key role in manufacturing, logistics, and packaging industries, responsible for securing products with bands or straps for storage, shipment, or transport. This role ensures products are safely banded, meets quality standards, and supports efficient production flow

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Material Handling

• Load and unload trucks and trailers; position pallets safely in assigned bays. 
• Transport raw materials to workstations and return finished goods to staging areas. 
• Handle hazardous materials when required, following proper procedures. 

Inventory Control

• Verify, label, scan, and track inventory using RF scanners or WMS systems. 
• Support picking, packing, staging, and trailer loading tasks.
• Rotate stock using FIFO and assist with cycle counts and audits. 

Safety & Compliance

• Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections (OSHA-required). 
• Follow facility traffic rules, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines. 
• Maintain safe speeds, visibility, and proper fork positioning.
• Report hazards, near misses, and equipment defects immediately. 

SCHEDULE

5am-3pm, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

PAY 

$17-18/hour
