TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Bilingual Onsite Coordinator to join our team in the Northwest side of Houston, 77040 area!
This is a direct-hire opportunity in-house with TMD Staffing!
The Onsite Coordinator's primary objective is to recruit, interview, place, monitor, support and terminate temporary associates at an on-site location.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all information is entered timely and correctly into the database system, and that all records and files are kept current.
- Obtain complete and accurate information on customer job orders.
- Assure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
- Communicate all necessary information concerning temporary associates and customers to TMD Staffing management.
- Manage timekeeping system and verify all worked hours are accounted for.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Management and/or Client as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be flexible to work AM (5:30am) or PM (3:00PM) shift, overtime and weekends as needed
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- One (1) year of customer service, lead and/or supervisor experience in which independent and discretionary judgment and decisions were made on behalf of the employing company.
- Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance coverage, as well as reliable transportation to drive between client sites and the office as required.
- Must be computer literate, able to navigate through emails, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a drug screen.
