TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Operations Coordinator in the Baltimore MD area!
Full-Time Opportunity!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Program and optimize 5-axis CNC machines for plastic fabrication projects
- Interpret engineering drawing and CD models o develop machining strategies
- Set up, test, and validate CNC programs before production runs
- Work closely with machinists to troubleshoot machining issues
- Maintain Program documentation and ensure quality standards are met
- Evaluate machining processes to improve efficiency and production flow
- Support shop operations when needed, including assisting machinists or handling materials
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience programming 5-axis CNC machines
- Experience machining plastic preferred(not metal focused)
- Strong understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining strategies
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to assist across production tasks
PAY RATE
$27-$35per hour(based on experience)
SCHEDULE
First Shift
Mon-Thurs -10 hours days
