TMD Staffing is looking to hire an Office Manager/Customer Service Representative to join one of our east San Antonio clients!
Job Duties:
- Input customer orders and answer customer queries
- Work with assigned house accounts and assist outside sales to ensure that the highest levels of customer service is achieved
- Resolve shipping inquiries and maintain close liaison with other departments to maintain completion
- Customer Service resolution and product knowledge
- Assist customer with quotes and in person inquires
- Support to the outside sales
Must Haves:
- 3+ yrs CSR experience
- 1 yr of experience in a sales or support role
- Bilingual (fluency in English & Spanish)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner
- Strong mathematical and measuring skills
- Self-Motivated and excellent multi-tasker
- Knowledge of measurements, dimensions, and weight
- Experience with various computer software including heavy Excel and email
- Customer service driven and have verifiable customer relations skills
- Must have flexibility to work weekends or OT as needed
Payrate: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
