TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Document Control Assistant in Conroe, 77303 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Office

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Create, compile, and produce applicable documentation.
• Communicate with internal departments and vendors.
• Create hard copies and electronic copies of the applicable department documentation.
• Ship applicable documentation if necessary.
• Perform other work related tasks as required.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year experience in document control or office related activities
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to type at least 45 wpm
• Proficient computer skills using MS Office, Word and Excel
• Excellent organization skills and the ability to use time efficiently to prioritize assignments
• Ability to work with a team and the ability to efficiently multitask
• Strong attention to detail

PAY 

$19.00/hour

SCHEDULE

8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
