TMD Staffing – Austin and Kyle Branch is hiring reliable and professional Event Staff and Ushers to work UT Longhorns home football games in Austin, TX.
Pay
$18.00 per hour
Schedule
Approximately 8-9 hours per game
Game Dates: 9/5, 9/12, 9/19, 10/3, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31 & 11/21
Job Duties
- Take and check guest tickets
- Check guest bags
- Wand guests as required
- Assist with guest questions and provide directions
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Follow event safety and security procedures
- Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the event
Requirements
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Must stand the entire shift
- Reliable and dependable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Must be comfortable working in a busy event environment
- Must be available to work scheduled home games
- Clean background check required
- Drug screen required
Dress Code
ALL BLACK: Pants, shirt, and shoes must be black. No other colors permitted.
