Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate 

Location: Houston, TX (NRG Area – 77054)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role 

TMD Staffing is seeking a dependable Forklift / Shipping & Receiving Associate for a client located in the NRG area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and sit-down forklift expertise who can accurately manage incoming and outgoing materials.

What We’re Looking For 

• Sit-down forklift experience required

• 3+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

• Experience using computers and scanners

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

What You’ll Do 

• Load and unload trucks using a sit-down forklift

• Verify quantities and inspect materials for quality

• Accurately pull, stage, and stack materials for shipment

• Complete all required shipping and receiving documentation

• Move materials to designated warehouse locations

• Load outbound shipments safely and efficiently

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

Bonus Points 

• Forklift certification

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Strong safety awareness and PPE compliance
