Position Summary
The Selling Branch Manager is responsible for driving branch performance in sales, customer service, profitability, safety, and collections. This role leads daily branch operations while developing employees, growing revenue, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth through new business development and account expansion
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage branch operations to achieve sales and profitability goals
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of target accounts and business opportunities
- Conduct meetings with decision-makers to qualify opportunities and close business
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch employees
- Monitor branch performance, safety, collections, and operational metrics
- Foster a positive, team-oriented, and growth-focused work environment
Qualifications
- Previous staffing industry experience required
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Leadership and team management experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
