TMD Staffing is looking to hire an HR Recruiter in 77032, North side of Houston!

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Write and post job ads to reach the right talent.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with managers.
• Use behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Support hiring decisions, prepare job offers, and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Help with retention efforts and track turnover trends.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred, not required).
• 1–2 years of recruiting experience; experience in packaging, manufacturing, or distribution industries is a plus.

PAY

$50,000 – $60,000 Annually / Salary

SCHEDULE

Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
