Pay: $16.00/hour + $2.00/hour Attendance Bonus after successful completion of training (30 days)
Schedule: Full-Time (Open Ended Assignment)

Position Overview:
TMD Staffing is seeking a customer-focused, adaptable, and empathetic Customer Resolution Specialist to join our team. This is an onsite, inbound customer service role within the financial services industry. The position is performed in a secure, HIPAA-compliant clean room environment where confidentiality and data security are critical. Due to the nature of the work, personal cell phones, smart watches, and other personal electronic devices are not permitted in the work area during working hours.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted resource for customers by resolving complex concerns and delivering exceptional service. You will help customers navigate issues with professionalism, clear communication, and care, ensuring every customer feels heard, valued, and supported.
This is a fast-paced position where priorities may shift daily, requiring flexibility, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers via inbound phone calls and email
• Manage a daily queue of escalated customer concerns with urgency, sound judgment, and attention to detail
• Resolve customer issues related to retention and repeat-caller concerns
• Provide guidance, support, and customized solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct follow-up communication through callbacks and email to ensure successful resolution
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
• Adhere to all HIPAA, security, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications:
• 1 + years of customer service experience with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to de-escalate customer concerns and bring issues to resolution effectively
• Experience handling escalated customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
• Ability to work with potentially vulnerable customers while maintaining exceptional customer care standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Positive attitude toward coaching and feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Customer-first mindset and dedication to delivering quality outcomes
• Ability to comply with clean room security protocols, including restrictions on personal electronic devices during work hours
